We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst / Accountant to support a large healthcare organization. This is a mostly remoet/hybrid opportunity for a professional with strong financial analysis, budgeting, accounting, and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and statements
• Perform financial analysis and reporting of operational results
• Create and maintain financial models and spreadsheets
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close activities
• Reconcile balance sheet and bank accounts
• Assist with budget preparation and forecasting
• Generate ad hoc reports for leadership and business partners
• Support audit and tax-related documentation requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and financial reporting standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of Financial Analyst and/or Corporate Accounting experience
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, general ledger accounting, and month-end close
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Healthcare industry experience required
• Knowledge of GAAP required
• Experience supporting healthcare financial operations, managed care, or provider organizations is a plus
